We want you to be completely satisfied with your Anna Sui purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
